The Arizona Georgia Tech Club is not organized for profit. It shall be
operated exclusively for educational, civic, and other charitable
purposes. It may sponsor and conduct activities which promote fellowship
and social contact between its members. No part of any net earnings of
this Club shall inure to the benefit of any member
or any other private person other than scholarship grants to students. The purpose of said Club shall be to unite and organize alumni and friends of the Georgia Institute of Technology (herein referred as “Georgia Tech”) living in the Club’s approved area (herein referred as “club area”) for the purpose of carrying out
the following activities:

- Assist and support Georgia Tech in its overall mission;
- Help promote Georgia Tech in the Club’s community;
- Help the Alumni Association achieve its mission through the activities such as student recruitment, Roll Call, student scholarships, community relations, and student assistance programs;
- Provide an opportunity for all alumni in the region to come together in a local community for social and intellectual enrichment as well as networking opportunities;
- Provide other educational and civic activities as may be deemed desirable by the membership of the Club;
